As a Health Information Representative, you’ll have an important role in the patient experience at Neighborhood.

As a Health Information Representative, you’ll apply your customer service skills and attention to detail to carry out medical records policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Carries out health information customer service
• Maintains the integrity of all patient records
• Performs all health information tasks
• Other duties as assigned.

You will be primarily based at our Mattina location, 300 Niagara Street in Buffalo.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required

Must be available to work any shift Monday-Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Compensation:
Starting rate $18.50 per hour.
