360 Pharmacy, a leading closed‑door specialty pharmacy dedicated to oncology care, is seeking Full‑time Pharmacists to join our compassionate Phone Support team in Buffalo, NY. We are committed to improving the lives of patients battling cancer and rare diseases through expert care and collaboration.

Starting salary: $130,000 and up (based on experience)

Schedules Available:

• 11:30am to 8pm EST – Monday to Friday
• 9:30am to 6pm EST – Monday to Friday (Every Thursday OFF), alternating weekends, 9:00am–5:30pm
• Weekend coverage shifts – Pay differential for all hours worked: $4.00/hour

• Communicate with and document all communication with patients, physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Review and evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration
• Maintain patient medication and clinical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D preferred)
• Current pharmacy license in State of practice (multi‑state licensure a plus)
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Team‑oriented mindset
