Speech Pathologist
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Home Care team to provide personalized evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes, enhancing communication, cognition, and swallowing for safety and independence.
Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role offers autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and a flexible schedule.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, NY State licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders.
