CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (CDS) (Buffalo, NY):
Perform review of medical records to ensure accuracy/completeness; act as liaison between clinicians/coders to review records for completeness/identify discrepancies; be involved in medical data analysis/ hospital quality measures.
