Residential Direct Support Professional; DSP

This position involves direct interaction and hands-on support with adults with developmental disabilities. Some days are incredibly rewarding, but the work can also require patience, teamwork, and consistency.

• Highest DSP pay in Western NY- $22.89 per hour with no shift or site differential!
• Full-time or part-time shifts available
• Day, evening or overnight schedules
• Paid training- no experience needed

• Work directly with individuals and provide hands-on direct care
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, activities, and personal care
• Encourage independence and life skills
• Support community outings and recreation

• Valid NYS driver’s license & approved driving record
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Human services experience helpful but not required- we provide paid training
• Upbeat, positive attitude
