Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a Supervisor, Group Reservations to join our team at Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown. As Supervisor, you’ll lead the end-to-end management of group bookings and ensure the Groups Reservations function runs efficiently, driving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering standout guest experiences.

• Remuneration: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Drive marketing and promotional activity to position Pinewood Lodge as a leading groups venue, including trade shows, conferences, online listings and digital collateral
• Grow group business pipelines through proactive client engagement, relationship management with agents, and collaboration with internal marketing teams
• Deliver strong commercial results by meeting ADR and occupancy targets, providing accurate forecasting, reporting and GM updates
• Manage end-to-end group reservations operations, including system accuracy, rooming lists, privacy compliance and seamless guest experiences from enquiry to post-stay
• Own group booking financial processes, ensuring timely invoicing, deposits, reconciliations and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners

• Diploma / Degree in Tourism Management (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience marketing and securing new business opportunities, developing sales action plans, and monitoring performance
• Experience managing incoming groups in an accommodation venue (highly regarded)
• Proven capability influencing and managing external stakeholders and client relationships
• Technical knowledge or experience with the Opera Reservation System (highly regarded)
