Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Food Operations Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Food Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Communicate operational needs with management
• Engage in daily operations to ensure efficient guest service
• Assist in BOH and FOH operations which can include inventory, production, food safety, and flow of service
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform team, member duties when necessary

• Experience working in a hospitality environment required
• Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and hold team members to company standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ablity to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
