• Event Management
  :
  Work alongside our Event Managers to ensure every wedding and event runs smoothly, from the ceremony to the last call at the bar.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Lead and support event staff (servers, bartenders, set up crew) to make sure everyone’s on the same page and having a blast.
• Logistics & Setup
  :
  Supervise set-up, clean-up, and ensure every detail is in place, whether it s an intimate ceremony or a huge reception.
• Client Interaction
  :
  Make sure guests are happy, solve any problems that come up, and help create unforgettable experiences for everyone.
• Inventory & Supplies
  :
  Handle weekly inventory and ordering of supplies (beverages, linens, rentals, etc.) to keep things running smoothly.
• Weekend Availability
  :
  You’ll be the backbone of our team on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, especially during peak wedding season (Summer & Fall). If you love working when the energy is high, this is for you!

• Brainstorm & Innovate
  :
  Work with the team to come up with fresh ideas for menus, services, and event offerings.
• Organize & Improve
  :
  Help create new systems and streamline processes, ensuring everything’s ready for the busy season ahead.
• Support Where Needed
  :
  Be a team player and help with whatever needs to be done — whether it’s organizing rental items or setting up displays.

• Event Experience
  :
  Prior experience in beverage management, banquet serving, or event management is a plus, but if you re a fast learner with a passion for weddings, we want to talk to you!
• Soft Skills
  :
  Communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail are key. A calm demeanor in high-stress situations is a must.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  You ll be on your feet, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player
  :
  You’ll pitch in where needed, work hard, and have fun while doing it.
• Starting Pay
  : $22/hour, negotiable based on experience.

  :
