Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton-Buffalo Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their housekeeping team!

Housekeeping Supervisor oversees and supervises cleaning personnel and inspects hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies by performing the following duties.

• Maintains cleanliness standards for both guest rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
• Records inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
• Trains or re‑trains staff on proper housekeeping procedures when needed.
• In absence of Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the housekeeping department supervision.
• Cleans rooms and public areas as assigned by Executive Housekeeper.
• Works typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Pay range: $18-$19

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• One year previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• And most importantly an engaging personality.
