The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Housekeepers to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. As Housekeeper, you will ensure cleanliness of the facility to maintain our culture of high standards and enhance the guest experience.

* Available for full-time, year-round team members

• Working in both cottages and guest rooms
• Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms
• Assisting with meeting guest needs
• Contributing to the department culture while being a team player

• Previous housekeeping experience encouraged but will accept applicants with no specific hotel cleaning experience
• Must be coachable and have an eye for detail
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow instructions
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces

Days, On call, Split shift, Holidays, M-F, Weekends, Evenings as needed, 8hr shift, OT as needed, Weekdays as needed
