Overview
Shaner has an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBOR CENTER, located in downtown Buffalo just off 190, sitting at Canalside entertainment district.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with checking in or out of the hotel and making room reservations over the phone.
- Assist guests with carrying luggage or bringing essentials to the guests' rooms.
- Provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude to help create an exemplary guest experience.
- Work shifts vary from 7am–11pm every day of the year, including holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

- Full-time positions available, up to 40 hours/week.
