Delaware North Sport service is hiring a part-time 1970

Club and Catering Supervisor to join our team at Key Bankin Buffalo, New York. As a Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

$20.00 - $20.00 / hour

• Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
• Schedule all front of house premium team members for events
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of Premium Club Catering Supervisor
• Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
• Inspect 1970 Club, catering spaces, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and wine
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• No college degree required

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
