Onboarding Training Associate

What to Expect

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Onboarding Training Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.

Shift: Monday
- Friday, 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs tailored to different roles within the organization
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, covering company policies, procedures, providing support and answering questions throughout the onboarding process
• Conduct training workshops for tenure associates to enhance production skillsets
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create relevant materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback
• Maintain training documentation and track progress of new employees during their onboarding period
• Facilitate team-building activities to help new employees integrate into the company culture

• Previous experience in training or onboarding is highly desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for employee development and commitment to creating a positive onboarding experience

• Training Coordinator I - $25.88 - $28.80/hour
• Training Coordinator II - $30.46 - $33.67/hour

Cash and stock awards and benefits for all levels. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
