Purpose Statement

Rich Products is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The Senior Recruiter owns the full‑cycle recruiting process, from developing targeted sourcing strategies and evaluating talent to advising hiring managers, influencing selection decisions, and leading the offer process. With a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and candidate experience, this role ensures a consistent, positive, and professional experience for every candidate and hiring leader, aligned to the “My First Impression” Moment that Matters.

The role also plays a key part in continuously improving recruiting practices, tools, and service delivery to strengthen the effectiveness and credibility of the Talent Acquisition team.

This position follows Rich’s hybrid work model, designed to balance flexibility with in‑person connection. Team members whose role is based in the Buffalo, NY area are expected to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Our offices serve as the heart of how we collaborate, innovate, and deliver the Rich Experience for our customers.

There is minimal travel required with this role.

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance, ensuring timely, compliant, and high‑quality hiring outcomes.
  • Lead intake and strategy meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing and evaluation strategies, hiring timelines, and communication cadence.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool across all levels and functions, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct high quality candidate assessments, including phone screens and interviews, and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the evaluation and decision‑making process.
  • Coach and influence hiring managers on behavioral‑based interviewing, selection best practices, and bias mitigation to ensure fair, consistent, and effective hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all internal and external candidates, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and alignment with the organization’s “My First Impression” Moment that Matters.
  • Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition consultant and coach to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, market conditions, process adherence, and risk mitigation related to compliance, equity, and policy.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of TA processes, proactively identifying and escalating risks, challenges, or improvement opportunities.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, cross‑functional stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and Talent Acquisition teammates.
  • Identify and recommend process, program, and service delivery improvements based on experience, data, and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed on labor market and workforce trends, assessing potential impacts to hiring and recommending proactive strategies to address future talent challenges.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant execution of all TA processes across roles, levels, sites, and departments.
  • Support or lead TA related initiatives and projects as needed.
