• Manage a professional, full cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidate and client.
• Enjoy and nurture established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners and decision makers.
• Source candidates , offer resume, interview and general career advice to candidates as a part of a seamless recruiting experience.
• Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in the areas of Administrative Support, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Legal, HR, Manufacturing Operations Management and IT for Direct Hire positions.

• Previous experience in professional candidate recruiting is required, staffing agency experience strongly preferred
• Superb customer service, communication and follow-up skills a must
• Hard working with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates
• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and best practices
