Director of Team & Culture

A company is looking for a Director of Team & Culture to lead its human resources function in alignment with its mission and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the Team & Culture department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle, improving hiring processes and candidate experience Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with departments to improve systems and workflows

Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership role Experience supporting organizations with 75+ employees preferred Experience in remote-first organizations preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required SHRM or similar professional HR certification preferred
