Human Resources Coordinator Employee Health & Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating the workflow of various Human Resources functions at the site and enterprise levels, supporting the Employee Health and Talent Acquisition functions. Must interact with management, employees, and other HR staff to assist with daily department activities and special projects. Must assist in the delivery of HR programs and services to designated client service groups or the site. Self‑starter, proactive, must anticipate challenges and respond appropriately, adhere to professional communication at all times, and must manage multiple tasks concurrently, shifting focus quickly as needed.

Education & Credentials: Must hold an Associates degree; BA/BS preferred.

Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer‑oriented office environment.
