We are looking for an experienced IT Integration Business Partner to act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and IT
. In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide ERP integration initiatives and ensure seamless alignment across ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning systems
.
This is a high-impact position supporting commercial aircraft operations
, where technology, production efficiency, and business strategy intersect.
- Serve as the primary business process owner for ERP initiatives within Commercial Aircraft operations
- Lead and develop the ERP Business Process Champion Team and co-manage the ERP Data Lead Team
- Partner closely with business leaders to align ERP solutions with financial, manufacturing, and operational goals
- Define and standardize future-state business processes across global operations
- Act as the key decision-maker for process design and integration strategy throughout the ERP lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
- Translate business and manufacturing needs into system configuration and integration requirements
- Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and integration with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 7+ years of experience in: ERP implementation or enterprise systems integration ,Manufacturing or engineering-driven environments
- Business partner or IT–business liaison roles
Hands-on experience with:
ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- Integrated systems: MES, PLM, financial planning tools
- ERP certifications are a plus
