Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dox’s client base, performing end user support from both an in person and remote capability. This position requires excellent listening skills to understand issues and take corrective actions. Candidates will work with a multitude of clients in all different industries.

Ideal candidates should have an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 1-3 years of relevant industry experience) and be highly motivated and thrive working in a fast paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment.
PositionResponsibilities include:
- Provide first level technical support maintain customer desktops
- Deploy and maintain windows and third party patches
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting
- Listening to clients’ concerns and works solutions
- Provide hands on support for Senior Engineers
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Escalating problems within parameters
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to expand or extend existing services
- Communicating effectively with customers and Dox employees
- Network + and or A+ Certifications
- Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills
- Intermediate Windows 7/8/10/11 implementation, administration and troubleshooting skills
- Intermediate mobile device troubleshooting of IOS and Android devices
- Basic working knowledge of:
- Virtualization – (Servers and Workstations)
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Server Hardware
- Office 365 use (Email, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams)
- Ability to follow through until completion
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem resolutions skills
- US Citizenship or Green Card
