My Industry leading client is seeking a senior, hands-on Snowflake Administrator / DBA to provide technical and administrative support for enterprise Snowflake systems and applications. This role partners closely with internal and external teams to design, secure, and support scalable Snowflake-based solutions in a highly regulated environment.
What You’ll Do- Administer and support Snowflake accounts (account setup, configuration, and maintenance)
- Design and support replication for business continuity and disaster recovery
- Implement and manage data sharing (inbound and outbound)
- Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) to secure enterprise data
- Monitor and optimize cost and performance across Snowflake environments
- Support production application database changes and troubleshooting
- Partner with application teams on Snowflake-based solutions
- Provide first-level Linux administration support for Snowflake application servers
- 10+ years of experience as a DBA or database administrator
- 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake administration
- Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals
- Private Endpoints / Private Link (Snowflake)
- Experience in banking or other highly regulated environments is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
