About the Role

ADET IT Solutions is seeking a high-impact AV professional to represent our company in a formal, one-hour, client-facing presentation in Buffalo, NY.

This role is presentation-driven and sales-oriented, requiring someone who is strong in AV systems design, solution positioning, and executive-level communication. You will deliver a structured, evaluated presentation and lead the discussion with decision-makers, clearly articulating AV strategy, system design, execution approach, and overall value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary presenter for a formal one-hour AV solutions presentation
  • Represent ADET IT Solutions with a polished, confident, executive presence
Present clearly on:
  • AV system design and architecture
  • Enterprise and campus-scale AV environments
  • Classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, and event spaces
  • AV standards, scalability, and future-ready solutions
  • Project execution models and service delivery approach
  • Risk management and continuous improvement strategies
  • Effectively communicate value, differentiation, and pricing logic
  • Lead and respond to Q&A with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate in advance with internal stakeholders to align messaging, scope, and strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in AV system design, AV solutions engineering, or AV consulting
  • Strong sales, presentation, and pitch-deck delivery experience
  • Proven ability to present to executives, procurement teams, or evaluation committees
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Professional and enterprise AV systems
    • AV standards and best practices
    • End-to-end AV project lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification
  • Experience supporting or leading RFP presentations
  • Background with AV integrators, design-build firms, or manufacturers
  • Familiarity with major AV platforms (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc.)
  • One-hour formal presentation (strict timeline)
  • High-visibility, performance-evaluated environment
