Responsibilities- Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi-function printers and all other end user technology products.
Associate of Applied science required. Bachelor of science in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related field preferred. COMP TIA A+ required within 9 months. IT Fundamentals preferred.
Experience6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required. 3 years of experience in providing technical support relevant job duties preferred.
