Quality Control Analyst II

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Control Analyst II opening for our client.

Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 6 months

• Prepare test plans, design test cases, and execute testing.
• Document results and defects per QA standards.
• Assess regression and automation feasibility.
• Support cross-functional teams in high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor junior QA staff and maintain compliance with risk and audit standards.

• Associates degree in CS, Business, or related field + 2 years’ experience (1 year in application testing) or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

• Agile experience, SDLC knowledge, web service testing.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
