This is an exciting opportunity for someone who blends creativity with technical expertise - managing websites, driving online engagement, and using analytics to grow sales and brand awareness. The Web & Social Media Manager will oversee multiple websites, including a leading consumer e-commerce platform, and develop social media strategies that build visibility across platforms like Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tik Tok.

This is an on-site position based in the Buffalo area, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy, performance, and a strong user experience
  • Manage website content, SEO, and analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Oversee product listings and e-commerce updates to help increase online sales
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and collaboration across creative and marketing teams
  • Create engaging digital content - including posts, newsletters, and visuals - that reflect the company's brand voice
  • Monitor analytics across web and social platforms and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing websites and social media for a brand or organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual design awareness
  • Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $55,000-$60,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
