* This is an opportunity to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives affecting three or more business units within a regulated enterprise environment. You'll drive complex programs from initiation through close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment at scale.

** What You'll Do:*
* - Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide projects requiring strong functional integration

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communications)

- Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, and deliverables

- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and change control processes

- Monitor performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts

- Build cohesive, high-performing project teams

- Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards

- Support an inclusive environment aligned with the values of M&T Bank

* What You Bring:

*
* - Bachelor's degree + 4+ years proven project management experience

OR

- 6+ years combined education/work experience including 4+ years proven project management experience

- Strong VDI & infrastructure literacy (technical acumen)

- Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management

- Deep experience in risk, dependency, and change management

- Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software

** Preferred:*
* - Enterprise infrastructure or technology project experience

- Financial services or regulated industry experience

- PMP or equivalent certification

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
