• Serve as a senior technical leader responsible for enterprise application and integration architecture.
• Establish application, integration, and data flow standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Guide system integration, platform modernization, and application rationalization efforts.
• Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure architectural alignment.
• Provide architecture oversight during system implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Evaluate applications and platforms to recommend retain, retire, replace, or modernize decisions.
• Document architectural principles, patterns, and roadmaps to support long‑term sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of full stack development experience as both a developer and technical lead.
• Additional 5+ years of experience in application or solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional system implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems (ERP, HRIS, CIS/Billing, integration platforms).

• Experience supporting enterprise transformations or mergers.
• Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or financial services.
• Experience with cloud‑based enterprise platforms and hybrid architectures.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $130,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills.

The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
