Overview
CTG is seeking to fill an Identity Access Analyst II opening for our client. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented identity and access management professional with experience supporting enterprise access provisioning, troubleshooting user access issues, and maintaining compliance with security and audit standards.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 8 months
Key Responsibilities- Provision and manage user access requests across enterprise systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
- Support application access re-certifications and audit activities.
- Ensure timely completion of access requests within established SLAs.
- Collaborate with Role Engineering and technical teams to research and resolve provisioning issues.
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls, risk policies, and internal security standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of identity and access management experience.
- Experience with:
- Active Directory
- Cyber Ark
- Microsoft Entra
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of identity and access management experience.
- Relevant IT or security certifications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
