University at Buffalo is hiring an Application Developer for its Enterprise Application Services unit. The role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting software for enterprise systems while collaborating with team members and customers in an Agile environment to enhance IT services.
Highlights- Design, develop, test, maintain, and document application software for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with team members and customers using Agile methodology.
- Assist experienced team members with customer specifications development.
- Use contemporary web development tools and follow best practices.
- Stay updated on new technologies to improve IT services.
- Preferred programming languages include Angular, Java, JavaScript, Perl, SQL, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning, or People Code.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in Information Systems, including internships or relevant projects.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without visa sponsorship.
- Salary range: $63,000 - $67,000 per year.
- Position classified as Programmer-Analyst, full-time with a term appointment in University at Buffalo’s IT organization.
