Digital Marketing Analyst

The opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of website development projects.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $78,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of websites that meet client or organizational goals
• Manage third-party development partners
• Build website content and employ design and UX best practices
• Track analytics and tag knowledge
• Conduct regular quality checks and testing throughout the project life‑cycle
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and reports

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
• Experience directing digital marketing from a strategy and oversight level
• Strong comprehension of systems and tools, including content management, email marketing platforms, e‑commerce systems, and digital asset management systems
• Experience with graphic design elements, video development and production, and digital content development
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
