What would your job be like at ScilifeWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Onboarding Project Manager who will become part of our driven and highly motivated Customer Success Team. As part of our team, the needs and goals of our customers will be the center of your attention.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving and managing customer onboarding projects end-to-end, ensuring an efficient, structured, and predictable onboarding experience for customers of all sizes, from small organizations with straightforward needs to large customers with complex requirements.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing onboarding projects, acting as the main driver of timelines, scope, and delivery. Your primary objective will be to ensure customers achieve value from the Scilife platform as quickly as possible, while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop onboarding and implementation plans, and ensure smooth execution, including configuration, data imports, and integrations, across varying levels of complexity.
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will ensure that clients are not only introduced to our product but are guided efficiently to adoption, empowered to leverage Scilife’s full potential to achieve their business objectives.
You'll evolve into a Scilife authority, offering swift and structured guidance to customers and sharing best practices. With a strong focus on execution, alignment, and speed to value, you will take pride in delivering a consistent and effective onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, from initial discovery and kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
- Own project planning and execution, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage ranging from simple, standardized onboardings to complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, objectives, and onboarding complexity.
- Customize onboarding plans to balance standardization and flexibility, ensuring efficient delivery and short time to value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution, including data imports, integrations, and configuration.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
- Guide customers through adoption to ensure confidence and long-term success using Scilife.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes, frameworks, and best practices to support scalability.
Must have:
- 3+ years of professional experience working as an Onboarding Project Manager or Implementation Project Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Strong project management experience, with a proven ability to drive onboarding projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing onboardings of varying size and complexity, from simple implementations to enterprise-level projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ample experience with data imports as well as integrations.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ease of understanding technical concepts and translating them into business value for customers.
