Oversees a team of analysts responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of software applications utilized across all Kaleida Health facilities to support the clinical and business objectives of the organization.

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Information Systems, Business, or similar. If no degree, ten years relevant experience. If degree then 5 years of experience. Masters Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent field preferred.

• 5 years of experience in management required.
• 5 years of experience in project management required.
• 7 years of experience in project management, applications design, technical support, capacity planning and business needs analysis required.
• 3 years of experience working in a large, multi-entity, multiple-application system health care environment required.
• 3 years of experience in strategic planning required.
