Client and Network Technician
Location:
Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY
Work Type:
Full-Time, Shift 1
Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, phone sets, cabling, software, printers, multi-function printers and all other end-user technology products.
Education & Credentials- Associate of Applied Science required.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ required within 9 months; IT Fundamentals preferred.
- 6 months of technical support experience required.
- 3 years of technical support experience preferred.
- Department: KH Information Technology Systems Eng & Ops.
- Standard
Hours:
8:00‑17:00 (Bi‑weekly 75 hrs). - Weekend/Holiday Presence:
Yes. - On Call
Required:
Yes (with rotation). - Work Arrangement:
Onsite. - Union: N00 – Non Union KH.
- Pay Frequency:
Bi‑Weekly. - Salary Range: $27.36 – $37.61 per hour (wage determined by experience, qualifications, internal equity & collective bargaining).
