This role is central to strengthening the commercial relationship, enabling partner success, and maximizing revenue growth across global and regional channel ecosystems.

This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of vendor management, channel programs, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in technology distribution, partner programs, or alliance management and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where execution, communication, and relationship management are critical to success.

What you’ll do

  • Strengthen the Cisco alliance by ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and consistent program execution across stakeholders.
  • Manage Cisco buying programs for global partners, including entitlements, exceptions, and compliance across regions.
  • Support and drive Cisco-led campaigns, regional initiatives, and partner programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to activate go-to-market strategies and partner engagement activities.
  • Develop and deliver training, demos, and enablement materials for internal teams, BDRs, and channel partners.
  • Support partner readiness through structured communication, content, and program guidance.
  • Coordinate across teams to resolve issues, unblock initiatives, and ensure program success.
  • Monitor project timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure visibility across all active initiatives.
  • Maintain structured communication and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of relevant experience in channel programs, vendor management, alliance management, or partner marketing.
  • Experience working in technology distribution, reseller, VAR, or vendor ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner programs, and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor or alliance relationships across multiple stakeholders and regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and delivering enablement content, training sessions, or partner-facing communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision while exercising sound business judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
