This role combines Systems Administration and Desktop Support responsibilities into a single position. The individual will serve as the primary day-to-day IT resource for the organization, ensuring that employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology tools while maintaining the company's infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user support services. In addition to working with our mother organization on required networking, cybersecurity, and data management requirements
Primary Responsibilities- Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, Adobe, and related cloud services.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, MFA, and security policies.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for all employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issuies.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and patch management.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and user awareness.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support WIFI and related technologies for all offices.
- Assist leadership with technology planning, budgeting, and infrastructure improve men
ts.
- 3–7 years of IT support and systems administration experince.
- Strong Mac OS experience
- Strong Microsoft 365,
- Experience with Windows 11, Apple OS, networking, cloud systems, and company-mandated cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent customer/associate service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comp TIA A+
- Apple Certified Support Professional(ACSP)
- Jamf Certified Admin
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator
