The OpportunityWe are seeking a Product Solutions Service Manger to drive execution across cross‑functional and cross‑partner initiatives, including new client conversions and vendor integrations. This hands‑on, individual contributor role plays an important part in keeping teams aligned, removing friction, and ensuring work progresses smoothly as delivery complexity increases.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, thriving in environments where teams work closely together, priorities evolve, and success depends on clear communication, shared ownership, and steady execution. This role works in close partnership with Product and IT teams and a dedicated Release Manager, supporting delivery readiness and cross‑team execution while remaining adjacent to SDLC and release governance.
You Will New Client Conversions & Cross-Functional DeliveryYou will serve as the delivery owner for complex, cross‑functional projects, bringing structure and momentum while working side‑by‑side with a highly collaborative team.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery for certain cross‑functional initiatives, client integrations and new client conversions, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria are clearly defined and achievable.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and dependency maps; surface risks, tradeoffs, and decision points early, with clear mitigation paths.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and partners to align timelines, clarify handoffs, and maintain shared accountability.
- Ensure services meet defined readiness and performance standards following completion, coordinating follow‑through across teams as needed.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery issues, leading coordination, root cause analysis, and follow‑up actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring delivery friction or process gaps and implementing practical, scalable solutions.
- Establish and evolve lightweight delivery practices, reporting, and operating routines that improve predictability without adding unnecessary overhead.
You will help stabilize and scale vendor‑supported delivery by creating clarity, consistency, and strong working relationships.
- Partner with internal teams to operate against a standardized vendor delivery playbook, including communication cadence, issue tracking, and escalation paths.
- Act as the primary coordination point for assigned vendor relationships, owning intake, prioritization, tracking, and resolution of delivery‑related requests.
- Manage vendor engagements to ensure delivery against commitments, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and alignment to One Bridge priorities.
- Lead delivery planning for vendor transitions as needed, tracking milestones, risks, and open decisions to ensure continuity and minimize disruption.
- Strong command of project and delivery management methodologies, with the judgment to apply the right approach for the work.
- Hands‑on experience using delivery tools such as Asana (or similar), with a track record of maintaining clear plans and visibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
