• Researches and writes technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts.
• Acquires and organizes source material, including applicable specifications and technical writeups.
• Coordinates system installation with user departments, ensuring satisfactory results.
• Participates in smaller‑scope portions of larger projects as assigned.
• Works with off‑the‑shelf systems and modifies features as needed.
• Provides end‑user training on assigned systems.
• Collapses with vendors on technical requests when applicable.
• Assists in the development and execution of test plans in cooperation with the project team.
• Produces report writing for applications.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

• Associate of Applied Science degree or five years of related experience in IT, or healthcare experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certification is not required upon hire; however, if a certification is required to access build applications, attainment of the certification will be required to retain employment after the first 90 days.

• One year or less of experience in Information Technology.

• Grade: EX213
• Salary range: $67,938.00 – $93,414.75 (bi‑weekly pay).

• Standard hours: 8‑4, Bi‑weekly: 75.00, No weekend/holiday requirement, No on‑call, Onsite location.
