Job Description
  • Business Process Management and Process Architecture professional with 7+ years of experience in business process analysis, process optimization, workflow management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process modeling, workflow methodologies, and end-to-end process design across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Skilled in conducting detailed business analysis, documenting functional requirements, creating application specifications, identifying business pain points, and delivering scalable and sustainable process solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross‑functional teams including developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications and automation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development life cycles across multiple release cycles.
  • Expertise in solution design, Pega Guardrails, process governance, scalability planning, and sustainable application development best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience developing detailed process maps and workflow documentation using Visio, Signavio, ARIS, and similar BPM tools.
  • Skilled in facilitating process workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder discussions, and bridging communication between business and IT teams for system implementation and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, bottleneck analysis, risk assessment, workflow tools, AI‑enabled solutions, and automation opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, mentoring, leadership, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to guide junior resources, improve operational efficiency, and deliver effective business process transformation solutions.
