Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and Condition Contract Management (CCM) within S4 HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large scale S4 HANA implementation projects, particularly focusing on data migration and conversion from ECC to S4. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP functionalities, especially in the context of the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S4 HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Utilize strong SAP Sales and Distribution functional knowledge to enhance system capabilities and optimize processes.
• Manage and execute data migration strategies, including data conversion from ECC to S4 HANA.
• Oversee the implementation of Condition Contract Management (CCM) functionalities, ensuring compliance with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and maintain interfaces, particularly for operations in China and Hong Kong.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution.
• 5+ years of experience in Condition Contract Management (CCM) within S4 HANA.
• Proven experience in large scale S4 HANA implementation projects (10+ years).
• Expertise in data migration and ECC to S4 data conversion.
• Experience working with interfaces, particularly in the context of China and Hong Kong.

Preferred

Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
