This position is responsible for the planning, configuration, installation, implementation, evaluation, training and maintenance of core technologies including but not limited to Exchange, AD and Network troubleshooting. The primary responsibilities include analyzing business/clinical needs and developing Client/Network/Telecom technologies to support Onco
360 business and clinical teams. Responsibilities range from Evaluation, Configuration, Installs, Support, Network, Telecom and System upgrades.

Provides support and consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Configures, installs, monitors and maintains systems for inventory, asset and license management, O/S image and driver deployment, software deployment and packaging, client encryption, and automation scripts,

Support of Network, telephone infrastructure services and systems including voice services, call center applications and monitoring and maintenance of systems. Evaluate and audit telecommunications network or hardware for integrity and capacity planning.

• Experience with Exchange, Firewalls, switches, AD and Client technologies is required.
• Provides support to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems hardware and software. Configures, installs, monitors and maintains IT users desktops, software and peripheral equipment; supports internal, external and remote workforce.
• Provides technical support to diagnose, analyze, research and resolve computer problems for internal and external customers in a mid to large Windows Enterprise environment.
• Image desktops, laptops, terminals, install software, encryption and configure user profiles.
• Hardware replacement, rebuild and evaluate/document the condition of returned equipment for possible reuse or disposal.
• Trouble shooting network issues within the environment using networking fundamentals, concepts, practices and procedures.
• Design, configuration, deployment, and primary system support and maintenance of voices services on VoIP PBX, VoIP Platform, Modular Messaging, and Call Center applications.
• Provide business support for Telecommunications Solutions and to maintain service levels of telephony systems and network.
• Provide system support for inventory database of Telecom hardware and facilities to ensure timely delivery of service, accurate information and cost containment.
• Document and track to resolution all customer support request/issues within ticketing system.
• Effectively communicates complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical customers and to engineering team. Works with IT Management to develop and document accurate operating procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
