Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, automating, configuring, and maintaining enterprise platform environments across Linux and Windows systems. This role involves infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline support, server builds, Open Search administration, job scheduling, and SQL query development.
Job Description- Manage and support enterprise platform environments running on Linux and Windows servers.
- Perform Linux server build, configuration, hardening, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab.
- Configure and maintain automation tools such as Ansible and Automic.
- Administer and troubleshoot Open Search clusters and configurations.
- Dynatrace and Kibana Server Monitoring and health Dashboard setup.
- Execute Unix/Linux shell scripting and command-line operations for automation and system support.
- Perform Oracle SQL development, query execution, and database troubleshooting.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and system stability.
- Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
- Collaborate with platform engineering, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and technical guides.
- Participate in release management, deployment validation, and environment readiness activities.
- Windows Server Administration
- Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting

- Application support in enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, or Infrastructure Support.
- Experience in banking or financial enterprise environments is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and container technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and release management practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk/App Dynamics
- Kubernetes or Docker exposure
- Experience with enterprise middleware/platform support
