IT Business Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY preferred;
Remote EST hours possible
Duration: 10 months
What You'll Do- Lead enterprise application onboarding into the Dynatrace observability platform.
- Coordinate onboarding work streams across application, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams.
- Manage Agile backlogs, onboarding roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define telemetry requirements, monitoring standards, and success criteria.
- Drive adoption of enterprise observability practices, including metrics, logs, traces, and events.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and monitoring standards are consistently applied.
- Track platform adoption, observability coverage, and operational performance through meaningful reporting and metrics.
- Identify process improvements that increase onboarding efficiency and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery experience.
- Strong background leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and delivery planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with enterprise observability or monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, App Dynamics, or ELK is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, application architectures, telemetry concepts, and infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 to $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
