Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Capacity & Demand Management

We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the launch of a new Enterprise Capacity & Demand Management program. This is an opportunity to help establish governance, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that support enterprise infrastructure teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple teams, driving process improvements, facilitating discussions, and bringing structure to large-scale enterprise initiatives.

• Coordinate with enterprise infrastructure teams to support capacity planning initiatives
• Develop and maintain capacity planning and governance processes
• Forecast infrastructure growth and resource utilization
• Facilitate meetings with technology stakeholders
• Track and report on capacity metrics
• Document business processes, requirements, and leadership reporting
• Support the growth and maturity of a new enterprise-wide program

• Experience coordinating large cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Process improvement experience
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
