Description
Senior level engineer to support engineering and architecture functions for the observability team. Based on positive team feedback, will be converted to FTE in 05/2027. This role is necessary to:
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership for platform reliability and scalability
- Design and enforce observability patterns and standards
- Lead AIOps enablement (Davis AI / causal analysis)
- Prevent uncontrolled log growth, alert noise, and cost overruns
- Ensure data models align across observability tools (Dynatrace, IBM Sev One, Service Now ITOM and others)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $67.17 - $111.94/hr.
