Enterprise Architect
Designs, implements, and maintains complex IT systems to support enterprise infrastructure, research, applications, and data. Establishes the strategic direction for research IT computing and cloud computing to ensure scalability, security, and operational alignment. Provides technology guidance, roadmaps, standards, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Prioritizes and coordinates the onboarding of new applications, vendors, and technologies to align with the organization's long-term strategic IT vision.
Collaborates with executives and leaders to transform business requirements into actionable technology acquisitions and implementations. Manages employees and oversees various institute processes and procedures.
Required
Education and Experience:
1. Master's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including two (2) years of full-time experience as an enterprise architect role; or 2. Master's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including four (4) years of full time experience as a system's architect, application architect, or infrastructure architect;
or 3. Master's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including six (6) years of full time experience in systems design and deployment systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and; or 4. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including four (4) years of full-time experience as an enterprise architect role;
or 5. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including six (6) years of full time experience as a system's architect, application architect, or infrastructure architect; or 6. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time IT experience in a systems support role including eight (8) years of full time experience in systems design and deployment systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
