IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management

Reporting to the Senior IT Services Manager, the IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management is responsible for the operational leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction of the firm's endpoint management program. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and standardized endpoint services while developing the technical capabilities of the team and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and SLA attainment.
  • Oversee the full endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, Autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security, refresh, and retirement.
  • Own endpoint standards for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra , mobile devices, and endpoint security.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for endpoint technologies and complex incidents.
  • Drive automation through Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, and Facilities on enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead EP technology refreshes, M&A EP integrations as needed, and enterprise endpoint projects.
  • Maintain documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop assigned Analysts.
  • Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, annual performance reviews, and career planning discussions.
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each direct report.
  • Identify technical skill gaps and create training and certification roadmaps.
  • Promote cross‑training, knowledge sharing, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Assign stretch projects that expand technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer service excellence.
