Buffalo Board of Education is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for level‑one IT support for users and vendors. The role involves initial problem assessment, ticketing, and rapid guidance to resolve issues within established SLAs.
The position requires strong hardware/software knowledge, the ability to learn new systems, and effective written and verbal communication. Two provisional positions are available in the Information Technology Department.
