Business Systems Analyst Vi

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead complex business systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.
Analyze business processes and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Prepare and execute test plans, test scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
Coordinate project estimates, timelines, deliverables, and change requests.
Perform data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and enterprise initiatives.
Monitor project scope, regulatory compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve testing and implementation issues while ensuring high-quality application performance.
Mentor junior analysts and provide functional leadership across project teams.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of combined higher education and/or business analysis, operational, or systems development experience.
Experience developing functional specifications for complex enterprise projects.
Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering experience.
Experience supporting application testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience working collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Subject matter expertise supporting enterprise business applications.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
Experience managing project milestones, timelines, and enterprise initiatives.
Ability to recommend and implement process improvements and technology solutions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
