Solu is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to facilitate complex technology initiatives from project proposal through post-implementation. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience supporting enterprise‑level applications and cross‑functional initiatives.

• Facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise applications.
• Prepare well‑documented functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and execute testing activities.
• Perform research and analysis of complex data to ensure functional designs are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in design discussions and ensure functional specifications are delivered on schedule.
• Meet with business stakeholders to understand requested application changes, business initiatives, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and provide an optimal end‑user experience.
• Review business requirements with development and technology teams to ensure project understanding and successful implementation.
• Coordinate project estimates, timelines, deliverables, and project phases.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on application impacts related to enterprise initiatives, regulatory changes, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Participate in data mapping activities for system integrations, conversions, and enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate with testing teams to develop and execute test plans and validate system functionality.
• Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure projects remain within scope and comply with organizational standards.
• Track, document, and resolve issues identified during testing and implementation.
• Coordinate post‑implementation activities, including stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, project debriefs, and actual‑versus‑planned analysis.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on application functionality, research, testing, and project methodologies.
• Assist with budget planning and project financial tracking as needed.
• Identify and escalation project risks while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of combined higher education and/or business analysis, operational analysis, or systems development experience.
