Seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) professional to support enterprise Identity & Access Management initiatives focused on securing privileged database accounts and improving database access governance.

This individual will work alongside engineering and security teams responsible for database provisioning, privileged account management, and identity governance as the organization continues modernizing its infrastructure and centralized access management capabilities.

• Administer and manage privileged access for enterprise database platforms.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged database accounts.
• Partner with database administrators, application teams, and IAM engineers to provision secure access.
• Assist with implementation and support of centralized privileged access management solutions.
• Ensure privileged access complies with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in access reviews, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Troubleshoot privileged access issues and support operational requests.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams supporting database access provisioning tools.

• 3-7 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, or Information Security.
• Experience managing privileged credentials and administrative access.
• Understanding of database security concepts and access controls.
• Experience working with enterprise identity management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea (Thycotic), or similar PAM platforms.
• Familiarity with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
• Understanding of database platforms such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience supporting cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Open Shift environments.
• Experience working within regulated financial or enterprise environments.
