Business Systems Analyst IV

• We’re looking for a collaborative Functional Lead / Business Systems Analyst to guide moderately complex technology projects from requirements gathering and functional design through testing and implementation.
• You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and testing teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions while ensuring quality, compliance, and project goals are met.

• Lead functional activities for assigned applications, including gathering requirements, developing functional specifications, coordinating project meetings, and providing project estimates and timelines.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements, evaluate application impacts, document data mappings, and ensure solutions align with business and customer needs.
• Develop and coordinate test plans, test cases, and scripts; support or lead testing activities and ensure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on application impacts related to enterprise initiatives, regulatory requirements, acquisitions, system enhancements, and business changes.
• Support successful implementation and post-implementation activities, including stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, project debriefs, and validation of actual results against planned timelines and financials.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Database understanding
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile/Jira/Confluence
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Analysis & Optimization

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.

• Proven understanding of applications supported with a sound good knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Ability to understand business supported and its terminology.
• Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
• Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex to complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
• Ability to recommend and implement solutions.
• Proactive.
• Detail-oriented.
• Growing understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience.
